Let me introduce myself, my name is Elena Neely.  I am a Residential Realtor™ in Washington.  My goals are to understand YOUR preferences in purchasing or selling a home, both YOUR goals and desires. I also have personal experience in:

I earned my MBA in International Finance and went to work for a large international company.  This experience allowed me to realize I preferred working one on one with people.  Transitioning to residential real estate has given me this opportunity.

Working closely with Mortgage Brokers, Title, Escrow, Accountants, Financial Planners, Lawyers, presenting seminars for buyers/sellers to explain the ins and outs of residential real estate has assisted many of my clients to make their first home purchase go smoothly.  They have been able to avoid many of the pitfalls which might arise.
